The car was as advertised. Khal was very easy to deal with. I was 500 miles away when the deal was concluded. This was made possible by the videos provided of system operations and the video of the underside of the vehicle. I arrived at Luton airport from Inverness and was collected by Khal from Priceless Auto's, all part of the service, they go the extra mile.

From the very first phone call it came across as a no brainier. The research both for the right Mini first, to the dealership that held the perfect Mini. I'd been looking for right Mini for over two months until I found this little beauty. Kay was the total gentleman from the start to picking up the car at the very end. The process was very easy and no pushy salesmanship at all. It was all relax and having a laugh and joke over a cup of coffee. When I came to pick the Mini up he helped me get to grips with the Mini's technology and how to program it all. It was an epic drive home even being on the M25 for a large percentage of it, then back into Kent and home. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable about all things "Mini" and answered all of our questions honestly. There is no feeling of being pushed into a purchase, plus the car sold itself anyway. Wow! What a wonderful day my son and I had today at Priceless Autos and earlier today my son drove off delighted in his first new car! He is delighted with his mini cooper. So helpful,They were kind genuine honest. So off we went to have a look at this car hand picked by my- very particular fussy knows what he wants and looks after what he has and hopes others will be the same- son, and this one ticked all the boxes and more It was even nicer in reality to be honest, though the photos were clear true and it did shine in them- showed it was in brill condition but just even better some how when we saw it close up! (normally i have found the opposite when i have gone to get a car for myself- they never quite look as good when ive got there, so this was a big bonus it really was as good as it looked!) This is a family business built on standards very rare to find these days. Thank you so much- we will be back. From a happy mum and her fussy delighted over the moon son ! :-) xx

Coming into the centre I was extremely surprised to see how much choice of mini there was. From coopers to countrymans they had it all. I settled for one of the many Cooper D's, a white 2010 Cooper s that had sat nav, leather and a great sound system. The gentleman was very helpful in helping me with setting up the Bluetooth and how to use the sat nav before I left, and was happy to help me when I called back later regarding the sat nav. Great car, great customer service, will 100% recommend.

Called early in the day to check availability of the car and the service from the first phone call to buying the car was really good. Helped give an evaluation of our trade in over the phone so that we didn't waste time travelling to look at the car. On arrival we looked at the car and took the car for a test drive, my wife stayed behind with our two boys and the owner of Priceless Autos bought them each a packet of crisps. This may sound trivial but its the little things that make the difference. There was no pressure to buy at any time and we felt relaxed which is very different to other garages we have dealt with in the past. As a solo female buyer who is 6 months pregnant I am so happy I found my Corsa through Kay at Priceless Autos. This was my first experience buying a used car through a trader rather than privately and it was effortless. The service there is simply top notch. It's worth mentioning that I'd never driven an automatic car before my test drive. Kay literally taught me how to drive the car! He also offered to have the car serviced before I bought it and made sure there was enough fuel to get me started. To emphasise the service even more, my bank transfer didn't go through on the day I went to pick up the car so Kay personally drove it round to my house when it was convenient for me and collected my old car to part exchange. The only issue I have had is that one windscreen wiper seems to be bent so misses out a section of window when it rains, but as soon as I told Kay he made sure to order in a new one for me and offered to fit it too. Not enough characters to carry on typing - 5* from me!

I found this car on line after looking at lots and this was by far the best one I could find with all the spec I wanted and the price was very competitive. Customer feedback is important to me and Jazz had excellent reviews so I arranged for a test drive and the car was as expected however, there were a few minor issues which Jazz said he would take care of and an issue with the sat nav system. All of the issues were dealt with very quickly and with great attention to detail. The sat nav took a bit longer as Jazz ensured that a new 2017 SD card was sourced from Audi. I can't tell you how happy I have been throughout this whole process, I was always kept informed, never had to chase him up and even had the issues dealt with at a time that suited me ( even on a Sunday!). Could not recommend Priceless Autos enough, highly professional service, everything you would want and expect from a used car dealership. Very happy with the price for my used car and the after service care when I had a slight problem was dealt with instantly by the team. Made a sometime complicated process very simple and at risk of repeating myself I could not sing their praises much more.
